Made from a cylindrical offcut, cut with a steel blade, the resultant deep lines remind me of the shimmer of sunset when they catch the light. If you’ve ever marvelled at the glory of a soft halo around the sun, you’ll know what inspired me to add a complimentary silvery feature to these. Finished with sterling silver ear wires.
Disc diameter 2.8cm including the silver halo, total drop 4.8cm.
Made from brass and silver; the brass may patina over time but can easily be restored to a bright shine at home.
